Reach Fruit Kabobs
Ingredients:
- 1 Assorted 12 piece set of REACH Granola Truffles
- 2 Blood Oranges
- 16 Pitted Cherries
- 16 Raspberries
- 16 Blueberries
- 24 Bamboo Skewers
Directions:
- Slice the 12 Granola Truffles in half (yield 24 pieces)
- Alternately thread fresh fruit and a Granola Truffle onto each skewer using the following combinations (or create your own!):
- Blood Oranges with the Ginger Cardamom Granola Truffle
- Cherries with the Cherry Almond Granola Truffle
- Raspberries and Blueberries with the Raspberry Vanilla Granola Truffle
