Deconstructed S'more Kabobs
This summer try our Deconstructed S'more Kabobs for your next picnic or campfire.
Ingredients:
- 6 Organic Marshmallows
- 2 Packages of REACH Granola Truffles (Your Choice)
- 4 oz of Dark Chocolate
- 6 Bamboo Skewers
Directions:
- Melt dark chocolate according to package directions
- Cut in half each marshmallow
- Slice 1 package/3 pieces Granola Truffles in half (yield 6 pieces)
- In a small bowl crumble remaining package of 3 Granola Truffles
- Thread a marshmallow half, Granola Truffle half, and another marshmallow half onto each skewer
- Place kabobs on a plate; drizzle melted Dark Chocolate over kabob and top with crumbled Granola Truffles
